Hello! I'm Stephanie Triplett and my husband and I are building an Afton on lot #18. We were out yesterday and spoke with Eric and Joan (Edward on #11) and they mentioned your blog. How exciting! I can't wait to get everything underway. We've been waiting on our home to sell but have recently decided to just rent the house out so we can go ahead and start building. We'll be neighbors soon! I hope to get to meet you in person at the Open House on April 2.
